30 Days Camping in the San Luis Valley Forest During Winter!
I LOVE being in the wilderness, surrounded by majestic mountains, wild animals, and pristine lakes. Taking advantage of the hiking, fishing, and scenic bypasses of migration of wildlife through my campsite. So...I am off and planning my next adventure with MRRL&O! Stay with me and follow my 30 days into the wilderness testing my products and my apparel that I promote as some of the most effective mountain apparel products and gear for the mountain outdoor lifestyles. I will be experiencing the best of Colorado’s natural beauty and outdoor recreation.
But before I tell you more about my trip, let me tell you about the gear that I plan on using to make it possible. Promoting my brand I am designing for a lifestyle and legacy brand, Mountain Rocky Ridge Lifestyles & Outfitters. Preparing and selecting some of the top effective camping gear and apparel will provide me with everything I need to camp comfortably, safely, and successfully compete the challenging adventure for an outcome of fun and excitement. And the best part is, it am designing the collection to offer others the adventure of a bulk packaging extreme camping adventure, that will save others time and money and motivate my audience to gain more energy through outdoor adventures.
Here are some of the products that I used for my 30-day adventure:
-
Extreme Camping Gear: Camping in the Wolf Creek Pass and San Luis Valley Forest is not for the faint of heart, or the unprepared. The weather can be unpredictable, the terrain can be rugged, and the wildlife can be dangerous. That’s why I needed extreme camping gear that was designed for the toughest conditions and the most adventurous campers. Some of the products that I used were the Mountain Rocky Ridge Lifestyles & Collection Bulk Kits, by selecting only the items and products you will need.
-
Rash Guard Thermals: Camping in the Wolf Creek Pass and San Luis Valley Forest also means camping at high altitudes, where the sun can be harsh and the cold can be bitter. That’s why I needed rash guard thermals that were perfect for UV protection and winter warmth. These were long-sleeved shirts and pants that were made of polyester and spandex, and they had a UPF 50+ rating to block harmful sun rays. They were also lightweight and breathable, and they had a moisture-wicking and quick-drying feature to keep me dry and comfortable. They were also stretchy and flexible, and they had a snug and smooth fit to prevent chafing. They were ideal for layering under my clothes, and they added an extra layer of insulation and comfort. Mountain Rocky Ridge Lifestyles & Outfitters Exclusive Print Design Rash Guard Thermals.
The pass offers spectacular views of the San Juan Mountains, and it is a popular destination for skiing, snowmobiling, and sledding in the winter. It is also a good place to see wildlife, such as elk, deer, and eagles. The pass is also home to the Wolf Creek Ski Area, which has the most snowfall in Colorado, and has over 1,600 acres of skiable terrain.
I plan on fishing in both Wolf Creek and the West Fork, but only skilled and patient fishermen may have much luck in these heavily fished streams, still i'm going to give it my best efforts.
I swill be setting up camp for the fist time in an inflatable tent with heat jack. I look forward to falling asleep with the large open views of the tent as the snow falls on the peaks surrounding me.
The Wolf Creek Trailhead is a large parking lot and trailhead signing right at the top of Wolf Creek Pass off US Highway 160. The Continental Divide Trail in winter is great sledding and cross country skiing on the pass. It is a convenient and accessible place to camp.
The Wolf Creek Trailhead is a good base camp for exploring the San Luis Valley Forest, which covers over 1.8 million acres of land in south-central Colorado, and it is home to some of the most diverse and remote landscapes in the country. You can find everything from alpine tundra and spruce-fir forests to sagebrush and grasslands. You can also encounter a variety of wildlife, such as bears, wolves, and mountain lions. It is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, especially for those who loved camping, hiking, fishing, and hunting.
I will spend a few days at the Wolf Creek Trailhead, where I will enjoy hiking, fishing, and hunting in the San Luis Valley Forest. I will hike the Continental Divide Trail, which follows the crest of the Rocky Mountains and crosses the border between Colorado and New Mexico. The trail offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, and it will be a challenging and rewarding hike. It's also a good place to see wildlife, such as bighorn sheep, marmots, and pikas.
I plan on fishing in the San Luis Lake, which was a large and shallow lake that was part of the San Luis State Wildlife Area. The lake is stocked with rainbow and cutthroat trout, and it is a popular fishing spot. It's also a good place to see birds, such as pelicans, herons, and cranes.
It's going to be an amazing trip! I will see some of the most beautiful and diverse places in Colorado. I will use some of the best and most reliable gear, thanks to Mountain Rocky Ridge Lifestyles & Outfitters.
